Terms of Service

Article I: Introduction and Definitions This agreement is established between 13th Overtone Productions LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider") and the entity acknowledging agreement through digital consent on the checkout page (hereinafter referred to as "the Client"). This agreement governs the provision of Facebook lead generation campaign services (the "Services") aimed at achieving specific lead generation targets.
Article II: Financial Commitment and Service Fees
Service Fees: The Client agrees to pay for the services rendered by the Service Provider according to the fee structure outlined in these terms and conditions, which may range from four hundred dollars (USD $400) biweekly to one thousand dollars (USD $1000) monthly, depending on the specifics agreed upon within these terms.
Authorization to Charge: The Client authorizes the Service Provider to charge the aforementioned service fees as compensation for the provision of the services detailed in these terms and conditions.
Article III: Advertising Expenditure Requirement
Daily Advertising Spend: The Client is required to maintain a daily advertising spend of at least twenty dollars (USD $20) throughout the duration of the Facebook lead generation campaign.
Variable Leads Provision: The number of leads generated will be variable and dependent on the daily spend maintained by the Client. A minimum spend is necessary but does not guarantee a fixed number of leads unless specified conditions are met.
Article IV: Campaign Execution and Guarantee
Cost Per Lead Adjustment: If Facebook asserts a specific cost per lead, the Client must adjust their daily spending to match this amount in order to be eligible for the promotional guarantee of receiving thirty (30) leads in thirty (30) days.
Continuous Service Requirement: The Service Provider will continuously design and administer the Facebook campaign for thirty (30) days from its initial live date.
Guarantee and Compensation: Should the Client meet the adjusted daily spending requirement based on Facebook's cost per lead, and if the Service Provider fails to deliver at least thirty (30) leads within these thirty days without interruption, the Client is eligible for a full refund of all service fees paid specific to this campaign.
Article V: Acceptance of Terms
Digital Consent: The Client acknowledges that selecting the checkbox on the Service Provider's checkout page, indicating agreement to the terms and conditions, constitutes a legally binding acceptance of this service agreement. This digital consent is recognized as valid and enforceable, equivalent to a handwritten signature.
Refund Policy: Except for the money-back guarantee explicitly outlined in Article IV, all service fees paid to the Service Provider are non-refundable, as they compensate for professional services rendered.
Article VI: Dispute Resolution and Cancellation
Dispute and Cancellation Policy: If the Client files a dispute, initiates a chargeback, or cancels the service before the completion of the 30-day period, or fails to maintain continuous campaign operation, all guarantees including refund and compensation will be void.
Notification of Issues: The Client must notify the Service Provider immediately of any issues that may lead to or have led to the stopping of the campaign.
Article VII: Conclusion of Campaign Evaluation
Eligibility for a refund and additional compensation will be evaluated solely upon the conclusion of the thirty-day campaign period, including verification that the campaign has run continuously and that all financial obligations have been met consistently.
